The BLSI Fund is an Unregulated Collective Investment Scheme (UCIS) structured as an English Limited Partnership, with an Exempt Unit Trust feeder for pension & charity investment. Overseas investors, including authorised insurance bonds, may invest through our Jersey based offshore feeder fund, BLSI IC.
The fund is open to experienced & qualifying investors only. Advisors should read the Information Memorandum and also consult with their Professional Indemnity insurer before recommending the fund.
