Investor Relations

Business Lending Limited, BLL is an established privately owned commercial mortgage lender and is a specialist in secured long term commercial lending. The BLL management team are experienced commercial property and investment bankers focussed on generating above average returns from good quality loan originations. BLL provides finance either as principal or through SPV's on behalf of institutional lenders and investors supported by an independent investment committee.

A Banker of 35 years standing Bob has spent the majority of his career in investment administration including senior trustee and custodian roles. Since 1995 Bob has managed a worldwide base of institutional investors for Lloyds TSB Securities and State Street Bank & Trust Co.

More recently as an independent consultant Bob has assisted both institutional investors and superannuation funds with investment performance evaluation and enhancement. He is also a principal in a corporate finance fund raising business.
